QR Login Cards are required for field users to log in to the Cumulus Mobile App. Admins can generate new cards or reset existing ones from the Control Center.
Who Can Do This
Only users with Admin or Super User access to the Control Center can create or reset login cards.
Steps to Create a New User and Generate a Login Card
- Log in to the Control Center at your site's environment URL.
- Go to Settings → Manage Users (the person icon in the sidebar).
- Click Create User and fill in the form.
- For the username, use the format:
shortName.company.role(e.g.,ali.cnrl.qc). - Assign the appropriate user groups using the table below.
- Click Create.

Steps to Reset an Existing Login Card
- Go to Settings → Manage Users.
- Click the Group Field dropdown and select the relevant role from the Mobile Users group.
- Check the box next to the user(s) whose card needs to be reset. For multiple users of the same role, select all at once.
- Click Reset Selected Login Cards.
- In the popup, click Print then Generate New Codes.
- A PDF will be created — print and distribute the new QR cards.
📌 Once a card is reset, the old card is immediately invalidated. Make sure to distribute the new printed card to the field user before they next attempt to log in.
