This article explains how to generate completion reports, operational reports, and ITRs (Inspection Test Records) from the Cumulus Control Center.
Generating a Completion Report
- Log in to the Control Center.
- Navigate to the Reports section from the main menu.
- Select the report type: Completion Report, Operational Report, or Consolidated Completion Report.
- Set the date range (e.g., start of 2023 to end of 2024 for a multi-year export).
- Apply any additional filters (by activity, system, user group, etc.) as needed.
- Click Generate and then Export to download in your preferred format.
Who Can Access Reports

Report Not Available or Showing Wrong Data?
- Confirm your user group has the correct permissions (see table above).
- Verify the date range includes the relevant work period.
- If data appears to be missing, check whether the field devices have synced their completed work.
ITR Showing Wrong Units (Imperial vs. Metric)
If an ITR is displaying imperial values when metric is required (or vice versa), this is a backend setting that requires a script to regenerate the affected ITRs. Do not attempt to fix this manually. Contact the Engineering team via a Zendesk ticket with the site name, environment URL, and the affected ITR records.
📌 The metric/imperial setting is configured at the site environment level. For new environments, confirm the required unit system with the customer before go-live to avoid the need for ITR regeneration.
