Note on Legacy Page Retirement
The Generic view for legacy index pages is included in this release but are not yet active. This
feature is gated behind a feature flag that will remain off while we finalize
some outstanding issues with legacy importing on the generic pages.
Once resolved, we will release an update and turn the flag on at that time — all
sites will be converted to the Generic index pages together. We will communicate
that window in advance.

Enhancements
- Association Workflow Redesign — The legacy "Edit Associated Categories" modal has
been replaced with a modern tabbed interface embedded directly in the Entity Details
view. A Current Associations tab provides an immediate view of linked assets with
key columns (Permanent Tag, Asset Type, Status), and a dedicated Add Associations
tab provides a streamlined interface for searching and linking new assets.
"Workflows" labels have been replaced with "Asset Type" throughout for clarity.
- Floating Selection Toolbar — When records are selected on the Entity Index, a
toolbar appears with focused bulk action options including Assign, Associate, and
Status Updates, reducing visual noise when no records are selected.
- Consolidated Modify Menu — Primary actions including Import are now grouped under
a single "Modify" dropdown, reducing toolbar clutter.
- Cleaner XLSX Import Templates — Export templates no longer include irrelevant
"Associate X" columns. The New Status column now uses native Excel dropdown
validation, ensuring data integrity before upload.
- Improved Filter & Search Accuracy — Facets-based filtering has been wired to
select dropdowns, filter context, and status group cards, improving accuracy and
consistency of search and filter results throughout the application.
- Entity Index & Overview Navigation — Connections now route through the Entity
Index and Overview pages for a more consistent navigation experience with
generic entities.
- Entity Index Page Improvements — The Entity Index page has received the final
set of feature parity updates, bringing it fully in line with the rest of
the application.
- Exception Ticket Badges — Exception ticket badges are now visible on the Entity
Index and Overview pages.
- Workflow Operation Selection — The workflow operation selection experience in the
Status Editor has been redesigned to reduce confusion when configuring workflow
statuses.
- Remote Operations for Generic Entities — Generic entities now support Remote
QC/QA Approval and Remote Operation Execution.
- Optimized Workflow Completion — The workflow completion experience has been
streamlined, reducing unnecessary steps from active operation to completion.
- Bulk Association Label Update — "Associate Document" has been renamed to
"Associate Activity" to more accurately reflect the action being performed.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Activity Filter Checkbox — Resolved an issue where the activity filter checkbox
was not behaving correctly. Filter selections now apply and clear as expected.
- Sync Configuration Display — Resolved an issue where editing an existing sync
configuration would display raw internal property prefixes. Configurations now
display cleanly while preserving all underlying functionality.
- Status ID Handling — Fixed an issue where statuses were being saved with their
display name instead of their ID, affecting statuses where the display name and
ID differ.
- Procore Integration — Resolved multiple issues: incorrect folder retrieval API,
missing fields in save operations, broken file tree navigation, missing ticket
config field, and hardcoded ACC project name in the configuration table.
- Torque Unit Mapping in Generic Import — Fixed torque unit selections not mapping
correctly in the generic import column mapper.
- Legacy Dashboard Status Dial Filtering — Resolved an issue where clicking a
status dial on the legacy dashboard did not correctly filter the Generic Index page.
- Legacy Tickets Page Stability — Resolved crashes on the Legacy Tickets page.
- Filtering Accuracy — Resolved decimal number filters rounding up, numeric range
filters not applying correctly, and missing filter username on checklist answers.
- Generic Index Tags with Active Filters — Fixed the Generic Index page not
generating tags when an activity filter was applied.
- Tools Used in History — Resolved tools used during an operation not appearing
under the Tools Used tab in history entries.
- Date Checklist Questions in History — Fixed date type checklist questions not
appearing under the history tab.
- Permanent Tag Number Uniqueness — Control Center now validates that a Permanent
Tag Number is unique before allowing a new connection to be created.
- Connection Status Display — Resolved selected statuses not displaying correctly
when editing a connection status.
- Connection Activity Page Navigation — Fixed connection activity behavior when
changing pages during the association process.
- Remove All Connections from Activity — Resolved an issue preventing users from
removing all connections from an activity.
- Workflow Initial Status Generation — Fixed the initial Untouched status not
generating when manually creating a workflow.
- Activity Property Editing — Fixed activity property changes not saving correctly.
- Generic Document Linking — Fixed generic documents not being correctly linked
to their associated records.
- Generic Document Versioning — Resolved inconsistent version tracking behavior
on document master iteration.
- Checklist Verification Units — Resolved checklist verification steps referencing
incorrect units.
