We are excited to share some new product features to help you better manage work quality on-the-go. These new features are part of an updated version of the Cumulus Mobile App, which is currently available on the Apple Store and Google Play.
Feature Enhancements
- Login Options: New login methods include QR code (enterprise), email, and sign-up for self-serve users.
- Workflow Builder: Enterprise users can now view, edit, and create workflows using Cumulus Mobile App, with the required permissions.
- Mobile Workflow Features: This new Mobile Workflow Builder shares the best of parts of the original Cumulus Workflow Builder, plus additional features like workflow translation, adding Instructions steps, and more.
- Entity Management: Non-Connection Asset properties can now be edited (some exceptions apply). Create new records via text prompts and delete records from the Entity Index.
- Assignments and Scheduling: Assign records to users or set start/completion dates using the new icons under the search bar.
- Document Management: Attach multiple documents directly from your device's library or storage. Document types can now be defined as Drawing, Work Package, Permit, Safety Plan, or Other.
- QR Search: QR search option added to the search bar for all entity types.
- Filtering: Refine the list of entity records by filtering on properties, activities, and jobs assigned to users.
UI/UX Updates
- Entity Overview: Scheduled start and completion dates are now visible.
- Documents Page: Displays documents from the new management system and legacy drawings for connection entity types.
- Settings Page: New settings page with features for adding users, printing QR codes, and removing users, available for users with UserEditor permissions.
